Went on a Coastal holiday and visited Top Fun on the 28th of May 2022 with my family. I asked the lady at the front desk if it was okay for me to leave, get a coffee and come back in with it. I belatedly seeing the sign and said "oh, sorry, I didn't see the sign. Don't worry. " She said "no, it was alright, you can bring one in" and the sign was so people didn't take the drinks near the electronic games. When I came back in, I showed the girl my ticket, entered in and went to get my bowling shoes. The man at the counter saw the coffee, asked if it had any liquid in the cup, then immediately yelled at me about taking in a drink, and aggressively pointed out the sign. When I tried to explain he cut me off saying "it's right there! No drinks!“ He didn't even let me get a word in! I was so shocked! The girl worker came over when the man left and said I can drink it at the front counter instead, so I had to stand there. The man could have calmly advised me that drinks weren't allowed but instead he went from calm seeming to yelling before I even spoke. I am appauled at the blatant lack of manners and extreme rudeness of the man at the desk. What a...
Read moreWe visited on a Sunday (which happenned to be Fathers Day) and did ten pin bowling and putt putt golf. They have a special offer where you can do two activities for $19 a person which makes it great value for money.
There are only 4 bowling lanes so its highly recommended that you book a time for bowling. There are also arcade games around the bowling alley, however we didn't have a chance to play there.
The putt putt golfing range was an absolute treat. 18 holes outdoors with most being either par 2 or 3. This meant even the youngest in the group (5 yrs) was able to do the holes in a reasonable number of shots. While there were contraptions on and around the green, they weren't too much of a distraction and didn't makes the course too difficult. The course is well maintained and the greens smooth. I would highly recommend doing a round of...
Read moreWe were very disappointed yesterday, after attending with a group. While the kids enjoyed themselves, the staff left a lot to be desired and so did the facilities. The disabled toilet was not set up for disabled access, it was used as a storage facility for mops and cleaning products not accessible at all. We were also disappointed after Spending well over $400 to be charged a dollar for an extra straw so we could split a drink we had purchased there. While I could understand if we needed a straw for an outside drink there was a charge. We split a slushie between two little children and the girl serving was exceptionally rude to my disabled daughter, when she asked for another straw to drink her slushy which we had just purchased. . After going to top fun every time we have been here for a very long time we won't be...
