We came here many years ago and enjoyed the food. I saw the reviews were not too bad so thought I would go back. But tonight I would have to say this is the worst Thai food cooked by Thais that I have ever had. I don't know what has happened to this place. We ordered Tom Yum soup that was not spicy at all and lacked the flavour of any fresh ingredients. A truly bland Tom Yum soup. Also ordered satay chicken noodle it also lacked any degree of authentic flavour and was sloppy. The Thai Beef Salad came out as slop. The flavour was bland and the sauce slopped on the salad making it very unappealing. If the owner is not letting the staff use good ingredients then please let the Thai cooks cook proper Thai style food with good ingredients. If that's not the problem let them go back to Thailand and refresh their skills. Try planting a kaffir lime tree and some lemon grass so they have some fresh ingredients to use. Where was the Thai basil and fresh red chilli? Really disappointed. Almost forgot to mention when we were in the restaurant the staff were mopping the dining area floor while customers were still dining. They were doing a general mop. Not cleaning up a small spill. Mopping the floor while people are dining is very...
Read moreI have eaten the worst pad thai in my life, the noodles were so hard that they felt like eating QQ candy, my jaw got sore after a few bites! What's even more frustrating is the attitude of the staff and the boss! I informed the waitress at the beginning, she said she would go and ask, but then there was no response at all! There was no explanation or apology! Later, I talked to the boss lady again, after explaining, she said if we don't like it we can have a refund, but in the end, it was not given and instead they reduced 8 Australian dollars (the meal cost should have been 21 Australian dollars)! When paying, the boss was ready to argue with me, saying that in his twenty years of work, no one had ever complained that the pad thai was not tasty...
Read moreEach and everything tasted just the same. The Thai Satay Noodles were over cooked to the point that the noodles were breaking if we tried to eat it with a fork. We had to use our SPOONS to eat the noodles. The sauce for stir fried veg was supposed to be Garlic and Pepper sauce, it had absolutely no flavour of Garlic and/or pepper at all. Pad see ewe, flat rice noodles was over cooked as well and seemed as if it was reheated a few times, the noodles were cold. The steamed rice is something that was the easiest thing on the menu which they could have gotten right but even the steamed rice wasn't hot and didn't look fresh. Wouldn't recommend this...
