I have never come across a Medical Clinic where ALL the staff have such genuine empathy and really DO care and support you, every step of the way.

Dr Andrew Leech - IS AMAZING - such an incredible GP, who really does take the time to listen and understand the needs of the patient and is very thorough, in examining and investigating, all health-related issues, to find the answers, so he can help guide and support you towards feeling better both mentally and physically. This is what every Medical Clinic should be like - where all the Staff and Clinicians - actually want the patients to get better and Dr Andrew Leech - is outstanding in every way, shape and form - as he exemplifies all the traits - of exactly what a GP should be like. My mother and little brother go here and 2 years ago, after scrambling trying to find good GPs for a mental and general health care plan, I must say, this is by far THE BEST GP i have ever, ever been too! Since I have started going here, I have never needed to go anywhere else for almost 2 years now. They really are the best for care plans, ADHD/Autism, Neurodivergent care, and forming mental health and even just regular health care plans, with really great referrals and just all around suport, and for the whole family too! From GPs, receptionits, Nurses and everybody else, they are just amazing. The clinical director and GP Andrew Leech, is just top notch, and has recruited an powerful, supportive and truly amazing staff. Even though some GPs can be booked up for a couple days - A week or two, there are often cancellations. So If you dont mind waiting a bit, I must reiterate, they are busy for a reason, being top notch. Not to mention, one of my previous GPs moved here to work here too and probably because of how great they are. I really wish immense blessings to the entire staff and crew that have not only helped my family, but many others in so many different ways, that I honestly can't thank them enough. Aditionally as a Uni student they have provided great ongoing support and really helped me get through extremley tough times.They really show they care, and it's just by far, worth every, single, penny! We've been going to this practice for a few years now and cannot fault the service and medical care we have received. It is now our family clinic. The place itself is lovely with a play area for kids, a fish tank and a garden. It is nice and clean. Service at the front desk is generally efficient and the staff are all friendly. I see Dr Viknesh Palan for my chronic pain and fatigue conditions and he has been incredibly helpful, calm and kind in helping me navigate this. He listens to my concerns, actually believes the symptoms I'm having and doesn't hesitate to send me for the appropriate tests and specialists. He also prescribes medical cannabis while using evidence based medicine to prescribe the appropriate medications and tests to patients.
