Literally, a little cove with warm, clear water and lots of fish to see! Unlike the other beaches at Noosa Heads, this one gets deep very quickly without the need to walk far out into the surf. Its calm waters means you can swim quite far out into the ocean without the fear of getting dragged out by a rip tide. It's nestled right between Noosa Main Beach and the bathing area at the entrance of Noosa National Park. Little Cove is surrounded by rocks and pebbles so you are relatively safe from the big waves at, as compared to swimming at Tea Tree or Granite Bay.

Take your goggles or snorkel kit to enjoy the beautiful fish swimming all around you. Just be careful not to drift too long as you may find yourself closer than expected to the rocks that protect you from the rip, which only seems a concern during high tide. This is by far my favorite beach at Noosa Heads and a must see...

Peaceful Spot Between Main Beach and the National Park

Little Cove is a quiet, sheltered beach just a short walk from Noosa Main Beach, and it feels like a hidden paradise. The water is calm and clear—great for swimming, paddleboarding, or just relaxing on the sand. It’s surrounded by nature and has a more peaceful vibe compared to the busier Main Beach.

Perfect for couples, families, or anyone wanting to unwind. There’s no direct parking, so expect a bit of a walk, but it’s 100% worth it. Go early in the morning or on a weekday for the most relaxing experience. Truly one of Noosa’s...

Amazing beach and introduction to what lays ahead in the Noosa national park. Just be aware that as with many of the worlds urbanized beaches that after heavy rain water quality can be poor and potentially contaminated with effluent. At any other time you would think you are in one of the worlds most glamorous beaches. Try Kayaking over to it but the boardwalk nestled amongst the tree's above is an equally amazing way to...

Literally a surfer paradise, potentially super long waves, super easy to paddle and surrounded by an insane nature. The water is super glassy and warm, also just nice for a swim and lay in the beach. Is quite crowded but this allow you to swim without worrying to much about shark even further then usual and everyone is super respectful and nice

This was a quiet and beautiful beach! The water temperature was great sand was soft and clean. In order to get here, park at Noosa National Park parking lot and walk a short distance to the beach. It is well worth it to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach.
