What an amazing family day out! The ginger tour and tasting was great. The tour guide was so lovely and a great speaker (I have forgotten her name unfortunately). She was so personable and knew a lot about ginger and how they made it and more importantly, what we should make with it! The tasting plates were delicious 🤤 The highlight of the day was definitely the Live Bee Show! Gail was absolutely FANTASTIC! You can tell that she has a passion for bees and that in turn, lights a spark for young and old people. Gails knowledge is outstanding. Both my husband and 8 yr old came out of the tour wanting to be bee keepers! 🤣 As a family we have a new found appreciation for Bees. We will never waste another drop of honey after learning how hard those ladies work to make such a small amount. Today my children have scoured our yard for bees and taken photos of them and they are talking about the pollen on the bees and making sure they stay calm around them (they used to be scared). It's just wonderful and it's absolutely thanks to Gail and her wonderful tour! Can we please adopt Gail as she was so beautiful 😍 All the staff here are wonderful and friendly. It is a testament to the family company - you can tell that employees are genuinely happy and enjoy their jobs! The food at the cafe is reasonably priced and actually tasted ok - it's not gourmet, about as good as a decent pub meal. Nothing too special. I do wish they used more of the ginger products in the variety of food but overall, wasn't disappointed. My children aged 15 years down to 15 months ALL enjoyed the day! Will...

The Ginger Factory never disappoints, we have visited many times and we still enjoy what the place has to offer. Old Morton still chugging along, and the boat ride is still as awesome as ever, sure the marionettes are old style, but they are well maintained and adds to the charm of the Ginger Factory. This year the interactive Gruffalo trail was added..... THIS👏IS👏BRILLIANT!!!!👏👏👏👏 WOW, I think I was more excited than the kids watching it all come alive on the phone and being able to take pictures yourself and no having to stand in front of a green/blue wall. More places need more of this kind of adventure. Mums and Dads reading this, the only thing I can add about the Gruffalo trail is, if you have littlies it's understandable they will get excited and run up to the marker, however if they step in front of the marker, it will end the interaction for the family that was there at the time. We unfortunately had this happen to us, the character had just fully loaded and was just about to take the picture when a small child walked in the frame, whilst waiting for her to move (and the parents to catch up), she moved in front of the marker ending it before I got a shot off. Disappointed was an understatement, we continued to the others and finished the trail, then uninstalled the app and reinstalled just to get the first character. Once a character fully loads, you cannot go back into it. Highly recommend Ginger Factory, don't forget to check out the shops, I always leave...

Loved it. Very peaceful.

The Ginger Factory in Queensland is an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped foot on the premises, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made our visit truly exceptional. What sets the Ginger Factory apart is not just its fascinating ginger-themed attractions and activities but also the incredible food experience it offers. The on-site restaurant is a hidden culinary gem, serving up an array of delectable dishes and some are infused with ginger flavours that awaken the taste buds. The commitment to using locally-sourced and fresh ingredients was evident in every dish, and it truly elevated our dining experience. The attentive staff made us feel like honoured guests.

The knowledge of ginger and its culinary possibilities added an educational element to our meal.

In addition to the food, the Ginger Factory's café offers an array of ginger-inspired treats, from ginger ice cream to ginger beer tastings that are simply irresistible. It's a paradise for ginger lovers and food enthusiasts alike.

Our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff who made our visit unforgettable. The Ginger Factory's emphasis on hospitality and the culinary journey it offers make it a five-star destination that we can't wait to visit again. Whether you're a ginger enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable dining experience in a beautiful setting, the Ginger Factory is a must-visit...
