Regular costumer there my kids love goinHowever staff of the ice skate shop need more training . They refused me getting a half size bigger for my daughter when I went in today to purchase new ice skates for her and they insisted if I do get a half size bigger they won’t give me a one year warrant for skates that are 220$!! The bigger size gives her room to wiggle her toes nothing more still pretty supportive and tight around the ankle and heel. Anyhow they were very defensive when I told them I’m going for the half size bigger and one of the girls who was looking after me initially, left me and went on the computer and another more younger and kinder girls helped me continue my purchase but still they didn’t give me a warranty. Very disappointing and obvious it wasn’t for “ safety reasons” because it was still securing her feet very well just enough room to wiggle her toes unlike the smaller size. Seems like the business isn’t doing well and they need their costumers to come and purchase more often. I did buy the ones I wanted at the end with no warranty but I will take it up with head company in CANada! Their attitude kinda...

Took my two grandchildren and was very disappointed with the experience...likely will never go there again. After paying $62 admission and getting our skates on I went to hire a 'kangaroo' for my youngest granddaughter (3 yrs) to be told there was none left as they were all booked out due to a party and other kids. Some of the other kids using them appeared to be between 8 -10 years old. When i complained to the manager and asked why I was not advised there were no skating aids left when I was paying to enter as it was obvious I would be skating with 2 small children, I was was told to just hang on to the side. Not being a confident skater myself this was not an option. I left after wasting $62. The manager was rude and a refund was not an option. The centre should have advised me of this so i had the option not to pay and enter priir to me...

I come to this place quite frequently as it's my nearest ice rink. Reasonable entry fees, good size rink and a great little cafe area for parents and bystanders as well as equipped with a skate shop.

I used to love it for its amazing staff but since then the rink has deteriorated a bit on that front. Over the past few months it's acquired a number of staff that work a certain afternoon who funnily seem to be completely unaware of how social niceties work (or perhaps simply just don't care enough). I've also witnessed multiple instances of 'ice officials' completely ignore kids and adults who have fallen and who are clearly having trouble getting up, and skate past on their merry way. Could care less about lack of customer service skills but when it comes to helping kids on ice - seriously, it's the job you were paid to do, so do it! It's...

Well I came here to join the adult skating lesson group called The Coffee Club after a disappointing experience at Macquarie Coffee Club and I couldn't be more surprised at how great the teachers were!! Sarah, our instructor, could see I was new so she pulled me and another new student aside and gave us different things to practise to catch up to the rest of the class whilst still supervising the class of almost 10. Thanks to Sarah's encouragement I have now enrolled in both the Coffee Club and Saturday adult novice skate school. Highly recommend this place for adults looking for a fun new sport to take up 😊 Cheers Sarah!!

A brilliant rink for both competitive and recreational skaters alike. The staff are very friendly and while the facilities are starting to show their age, the quality of the ice itself hasn’t faltered and is still the best ice rink in Sydney. There is a generous range of food options available at the canteen and party hosts that are great fun for the kids.

I'm an adult beginner, I have attended until now two of the holiday classes and I'm very satisfied with the lessons and the coaches. During public sessions they have at least 2 coaches in the rink to make sure everyone is ok. The place is usually cold, there is a big parking outside and a nice Canteen inside. The staff are helpful and friendly.
