Regular costumer there my kids love goinHowever staff of the ice skate shop need more training . They refused me getting a half size bigger for my daughter when I went in today to purchase new ice skates for her and they insisted if I do get a half size bigger they won’t give me a one year warrant for skates that are 220$!! The bigger size gives her room to wiggle her toes nothing more still pretty supportive and tight around the ankle and heel. Anyhow they were very defensive when I told them I’m going for the half size bigger and one of the girls who was looking after me initially, left me and went on the computer and another more younger and kinder girls helped me continue my purchase but still they didn’t give me a warranty. Very disappointing and obvious it wasn’t for “ safety reasons” because it was still securing her feet very well just enough room to wiggle her toes unlike the smaller size. Seems like the business isn’t doing well and they need their costumers to come and purchase more often. I did buy the ones I wanted at the end with no warranty but I will take it up with head company in CANada! Their attitude kinda ruined my day.
