Mixue — Attraction in Sydney

This is the second time I ordered this , the first time, I ordered was good,tasty,fresh, no issues. Tonight my niece was at home wanted to try, I tried it first ,there was no taste.so tasteless. Because my niece like to put the straw to the button of the drink cup, I quickly noticed and snatch it off from her for safty reasons. Because. This second round of order of this, has lemon seeds! Heaps and afew large sizes. Think what will happen if I wasn't there. Not good enough,. if your slicing the lemons thinly you would noticed already there's seeds why didn't you, non of your staff notice? I will show the drink to your store Mixue first thing during the day. We didn't/ I didn't drank it. Customers are always right! Especially most important, Safty matters. WORST Mixue branch in NSW! If you're in Hurstville for quality tea go to Wootea 3 mins walk down the road. Two Peck also sell cheap boba. From Wootea walk straight in and turn left after Soul Origin. or buy from other Mixue branch.

2 times bad experience with your staff/supervisor/manager and I'm done with this store! Fyi I regularly buy from George St so I can tell when you're trying to do shady stuff to save cost. I'm not a beggar so don't treat me like I'm trying to get free things from you people. The company need to provide better script for the staff to memorise. The staff only repeat the same answer like a mantra, unable to converse in words other than the script they been taught to memorise. If the company do mystery shopper check on this store I bet they will fail in...

Got a free voucher for their ice cream in BURWOOD, which says present the voucher upon MIXUE store in Sydney for ice cream. Went to the store the girl serving was saying we can only get it from the CBD store. Asked where it says that on the voucher, no acceptable answer, it was just a simple no because their manager Yvonne said so. Mind you guys the voucher was given out around Burwood area and now telling ppl to go to CBD? It was just for an ICE CREAM for the sake of the life and yourself were giving out promotion vouchers. Shame on the business. Will not visit any mixue stores in Sydney thanks to the team at Hurstville for being a dishonoured business. Please don’t bother trusting their promotion offers in the future, because they can’t keep up with what they promise...
