The football fields are continually a mess; completely churned up into a quagmire by the football and soccer players. The spectators leave rubbish all over the place: bottle caps, cigarette stubs, food, food wrappers, used disposable plastic containers, etc., etc., etc., along the edge where the shared pathway goes around the perimeter of the various football and soccer fields. Visitors to Morrison Bay Park are therefore confined only to this footpath, which is a totally pointless exercise. It is no different to walking along the pavement in any local street. The City of Ryde's appalling neglect and lack of management of this and many other "community" assets in the municipality is an absolute disgrace. Read moreA sports ground area mostly with soccer played on the weekends there at the moment. There is one sheltered eating area with another eating area close by. There are toilets by the car park open every day. We've relaxed there just recently having lunch while watching local football teams hit it out between them.
