I have ordered food from here in the past and it was fair, however, my most recent experience has ensured I will never return. I ordered online at Menulog but delivery time was estimated for 1.5hrs, so I rang and was advised that pick up would be much faster, which I opted for. I arrived at the restaurant at the time they'd advised, and asked the man standing behind the front counter if he knew whether my order was ready, to which he literally responded, "don't talk to me, I'm busy". After some waiting, a lady said she would try to find my order, couldn't find it, nobody knew where it had gone etc etc. Eventually, after multiple phone calls, it was determined that my order had erroneously been sent out for delivery, but the delivery man said he would return to the store where I was waiting. Living locally, I asked if it would be faster if he could deliver this directly to my home, and this provoked an aggressive response from a man called Joe, who explained that the order of deliveries was based not based upon vicinity to the restaurant but just the order in which food is prepared. He then went onto say, "don't have a go just because you think you live nearby, we're so busy" and so on and so forth. This is really unacceptable behaviour in any circumstance, and particularly given the number of errors and wait time involved in fulfilling an order of 2 pastas and a pizza. Dont usually write bad reviews but had an aweful experience we are muslims we cannot eat meat from most places so we ordered a Margherita Have way through eating we saw a piece of pepperoni on our pizza we had asked the staff what it was and to take a look at they came back to say “iys just pepperoni” we told them it goes against dietry restrictions and religious beliefs she offered to make a new one for us we politely refused. Had to wait 30 minutes standing at the front just waiting for the check then the chef / owner some guy came out very aggressively saying if in the future if you do not want any other ingredients on your pizza then ask ask to use a clean blade then spent 5 minutes telling is their unhygienic kitchen practices trying to justify their mistake in-front of the entire restaurant when we were trying to just pay and leave. He kept asking us if we understood what he was saying and refused to hand in the check until we agreed. When we said we dont understand he sighed exasperatedly and threw his hands up and shook his head muttering unintelligibles under his breath. I had a very strange experience today. Ordered Pizza+Pasta+Garlic bread on the phone Picked up in person and paid the price. When I was leaving I saw that they had a special price for the above combo. Interestingly he didn't charge me the special. I was charged the full price. When I complained , I was told that I won't get the special price unless I specifically mention it. I asked him how was I supposed to know the special when ordering on phone, he said he can't do anything about it.

Absolutely dishonest behaviour. If you have advertised a special price, that's what you should charge. One should be securing customer goodwill by offering them the special price. Not trying to hide it from them.
