The beach is nice and usually not too crowded. There is a good combination of sitting areas, lifeguard monitored family section, both shallow and deep sections, and a pool. You can have a short walk above the cliffs for a beautiful view as well. The near by lagoon is a change for off leash dog experience and usually you can find many dogs playing there. However, you should be careful about a few things. Water quality is unknown as written on the signs. I believe it differs a lot depending on the time and recent rain.
