Went to get my ticket checked today and was treated very rudely by the man working behind the counter. I wished to get my ticket checked quickly and part of the experience of lotto is to have that moment of anticipation while the newsagency worker scans it through and instead was told to just check it myself at the machine in front of the counter with no smile and was spoken to in a very disrespectful way. I’ve had multiple encounters with this worker where he has been unfriendly and rude in the past. Won’t...

Checked ticket today myself in scanner. People behind the counter refused to pay it out, saying they don't have the money, BUT said had I not checked it first myself, they would have had to pay it. Just go elsewhere. These people don't deserve your time. They are quick to take your money though, when you are playing/paying for...
