Editing my initial review after the appalling response from this business owner: Re: Disappointment with my first order: misleading menu pictures.

Dear anonymous manager/ owner:

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I understand the challenges small businesses face with rising costs, and I do sympathise — but that’s shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility.

My feedback wasn’t about ingredient prices, but about portion sizes that don’t match the photos, which was misleading as a first-time customer. Your reply unfortunately reinforces what others have mentioned — a lack of accountability and a defensive attitude.

Instead of addressing the actual concern, you turned it into a lecture about the cost-of-living crisis, which only proves the point: the menu isn’t good value. Paying around $60 for two sets of baby-sized uramakis is unreasonable.

Good restaurant owners take feedback graciously and professionally, not defensively. Your response speaks poorly of your business and shows a lack of understanding of customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering again or recommending...

Unfortunately, we had a terrible first experience.

We were served after a local couple who clearly received much better treatment from the receptionist. she asked them how their meal was and if everything was okay at the end of dinner. When it was finally our turn and we introduced ourselves speaking Portuguese, the hostess simply said, in a rushed tone, “Do you want a place to sit?”

We sat down, but nothing was explained to us. The only thing offered at first was water, which never arrived. After we eventually placed our order through the app, we politely asked for water with two glasses again, and were told to order it through the app as well. In other words, even the complimentary water had to be ordered online!

Only after doing that did the water finally arrive at our table, but not before we overheard someone in the kitchen saying, “For that couple over there? Tell them to order it in the app.”

Best sushi ever , fresh tuna and fresh salmon all the time , they do everything you can eat , plus lots of option and the service is amazing they always sure if you satisfy with your ordem and do some chances if you request . They have good options of drinks too the prices is amazing too for the quality ,all food is made by order ! I recommend the hot rolls are my favorite ❤️! Most of the menu is home make and create by they own , very exclusive menu , so prepare to be very spoiled by they taste! For sure will be my favorite sushi place I still want to try all menu because they have lots of variety and I’m curious to try everything.
