Took my 89yo Dad to see his mum's grave today to lay flowers , couldn't find it, call the office four times to be told it there, I said, we have been here for 45 minutes looking for it, NO IT'S NOT THERE, the plaque would be expensive to replace. The staff at the office told me to look for ground staff to find it for mešŸ˜µā€šŸ’« I knew I wasn't stupid , I was standing on my grandmothers grave with no plaque. I got hold of ground staff, they had to dig 200mm of dirt up to find it had been covered up with soil and grass. If when landscaping make sure you don't bury some plaque. See pictures below.

Went to visit our deceased loved ones today at the "lawn cemetery. The whole cemetery is in shocking condition, over run with grass that hasn't been mown in weeks, more weeds than grass. We were lucky to see any of the plaques. Had I not known where my parents were buried I would not have found them. It costs so much for burials one would think a lawn mower occasionally would be the least that they could do - bloody money hungry disgrace.

Well maintained and the workers are real friendly which actually makes the visits so much more pleasant, in a sense that I’m not having to worry about rude workers and whether or not I’m breaking a small rule. I can just have a peaceful visit with my loved ones here cause they’re so respectful and give us that space whilst they work (I’ve had bad experiences from other cemeteries).

Overall this memorial park is so beautiful, my mum was cremated here and has her plaque here from 35 years ago and my brother is next to her, from 39 years ago. The gardens are beautiful, there are plenty of places to sit and remember your loved ones surrounded by beautiful gardens and lawn. The facilities are very modern, and the funeral service absolutely beautiful. I had a funeral service for my auntie just yesterday, and couldn’t complain about much however we were ushered out the door as soon as her funeral service was over, and we were told to stand at the side of the building out of sight so another funeral service and guests could come and commence their service. It made everything feel very transactional, like a conveyor belt of funeral services. It lacked empathy, and depersonalised the moment for us. Given the amount that you pay for these services, this part of the service is the most appalling. The way I see it, it is up to Pine Grove, to ensure that there is adequate time allowed for each funeral service without making people feel like it’s just another transaction. That’s such an emotional time, where people are trying to farewell their loved ones, the last thing they want is to feel like they are being ushered out the door on a conveyor belt. I do hope that you will take this feedback on board, and treat people with a little...

This place is an absolute disgrace! Please do not bury ur loved ones here. If I could go back I never would have. They pick and choose where to do maintenance on the grounds. Mainly only where you drive in and can see, anything up the back that is harder to visualise is just left to rot. Yes, I’ll admit we have had terrible rain for the past month or so in Sydney but it is inexcusable to not have staff at least whipper snipping the areas so the grass does not get that high. It was up to my hips today which not only are the plaques completely covered but full of muddy water. I couldn’t even find my loved ones plaque today that’s how horrible the grounds were. Like I said they pick and choose where to maintain the grounds. I went on accurrent affair over a year ago to speak about these issues and after it was aired they maintained the grass for a few months bur here we are again. These maintenance issues have been ingoing for years and it’s never going to be resolved. They have no respect for our loved ones or us as there family members. I would hate to imagine an elderly person struggle to get out there to see a loved one....

What can I say about the customer service counter in the front. First of all the blonde receptionist couldn't be bothered to listen to the first lady asking for help, instead of listening her advice would be go next door they will understand you better. The next gentleman asked for help, same thing she couldn't be bothered looking in database for the name and said sorry unless you know the spelling I can't help you, do he left. İt was my turn I asked for help last name was her reply was how do you spell it. Can't find the person your looking for. How many could there be, no unless you know the first name can't help you. I left then came back to confront her about her customer service nil, no empathy towards people and why is she there if she isn't willing to help people. Why don't you have a computer people can look up names I asked. She said there don't have one. I decided to google Pinegrove then found a name section put the name in scrolled down till I found the correct person. Can't believe you work there and don't know this information. Poor service on...
