Unfortunately, 1 STAR for this new premises. I went there to get 2 X Double fillets MED Bondi Meal w Extremo sauce. Somehow the cashier came up with $20.XX for each meal. So, I pointed to the board showing each meal $16.45 but it seems to be confusing for the new cashier so I asked if she could call for assistant. Then a senior staff came and explained to me that the extra is for Extremo sauce and the drink. So, I told them it supposed to come with meal deal! Oporto has always been great with their food and service, however this location seems to always run late with food. I ordered my chicken and was told 10mins wait, 15mins has passed and nothing has arrived, 2 mins later, the lady came up and said another 10mins. By this time, it’s been 30mins for a 1/4 chicken box. The food is always fresh, juicy, and full of flavour. Their Bondi Burger with that signature chilli sauce is a must-try — the perfect combo of spice and satisfaction. I also love the grilled chicken box meals — great portion size and healthier than most fast food.
