Tasty Manoush and Pizza (Eastern Creek) — Restaurant in Sydney

I have no idea how this place still gets customers when the staff are so horribly rude and unprofessional, which seems to be a trend seen in the other reviews too. Every time I have been, the girl behind the counter is so unbelieveably awkward, but this time the customer service was obscene. The food is good and well priced which is why I kept returning, but after this I implore that nobody subjects themselves to such a bad experience. I placed my order and the cashier gave it to a guy with glasses and an accent. He, very loudly, insulted my order. The chef asked what the order was and the person receiving it lied and listed off random ingredients, adding capsicum, olives, etc. You can see my receipt and what I actually got in the pics below. The cashier said no that's not the order, reread the order, and the chef asked why he lied. He then swore about how bad my order was, while I was standing right there. The chef proceeded to listen and gave me the wrong order anyway. Glasses guy also kept trying to throw boxes at the cashier and she asked him to stop multiple times. It was extremely uncomfortable and I left straight away. You can't just keep apologising to people in the comments without actually taking any action against everyone's complaints, because it is very clear that you aren't. Future customers: please save yourself the trouble and go to another pizza shop that has employees (and by extention, management) who actually value those that spend money at their establishment. *Updated review - Was initially disappointed as they're usually spot on with amazing pizzas but this morning the orders weren't as expected. We specifically ordered a MIXED cheese manoosh pizza as they don't have it in the menu and repeated in the order for the cheese to be mixed cheese but received a normal cheese pizza.

We also ordered a flat labne, oregano & veggies manoosh but there were no mint leaves and the tomatoes weren't fresh like usual. They also need to work on spreading out labne instead of just squiggling it on here and there.

However, garlic chicken pizza was absolutely sensational! Would've eaten the whole large pizza to myself it I wasn't health conscious!

All up, still great pizza but definitely didn't hit the mark this time round.

They did however call me later to apologise and asked how they could fix their error which is fantastic customer service. I was really happy to take their call and didn't expect anything more or for free, just to make it as we ordered next time round. Definitely be back as its the best...

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Tasty Manoush and Pizza. I paid $4.00 for a 375ml Coca-Cola, which is a normal price, but the restaurant’s tax invoice showed an additional $3.00 charge, bringing the total to $7.00 for a single can.

That’s a 75% increase on the regular price, and it’s completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that the amount they agree to pay is final not find hidden or inflated charges afterward.

This kind of overcharging feels dishonest and leaves a very poor impression. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again unless they take responsibility and ensure transparent, fair pricing moving forward.
