I recently ordered a snack pack from Middle East feast and I have to say that I am incredibly disappointed with the experience. Not only was the food served cold, but they also failed to include any condiments, which is unacceptable for a snack pack.
Firstly, I was looking forward to enjoying a delicious, hot snack, only to be met with disappointment when I discovered that the food was completely cold. I couldn't believe that a restaurant would serve their customers food that was not even heated properly. It completely ruined the experience and left me feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my decision to order from them.
To add insult to injury, they left out the essential condiments that are typically served with a snack pack. Who serves a snack pack without any sauces? The absence of condiments significantly impacted the taste and enjoyment of the food. It felt bland and lacked the flavor that is expected from a snack pack. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to provide the necessary accompaniments to enhance the overall dining experience.
As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect better service and attention to detail from a restaurant. The fact that they failed to heat the food properly and neglected to include the most basic components of a snack pack demonstrates a lack of care and professionalism. I would have appreciated if they had taken the time to ensure that the food was properly prepared and that all necessary elements were provided.
I regret to say that my experience with middle east feast was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my recent encounter. The cold food and the absence of condiments truly detracted from what should have been a satisfying snack pack. I hope that the management takes this review into consideration and improves their food quality and attention to customer...
Read moreI was actually happy being in eq since I could have a kebab from a store I'd get from back in the day as the owners where lovely and food was nice back then. Sadly this time left me contemplating what just went on. I walk up and they seemed OK, I asked for beef off the shish (doner shish) and he agreed with a mubble and I thought sweet as I never allow any kebab shop add meat that's sitting in the tray. I seen the lady reheating beef doner on the grill and thought that can't be me as I just ordered and specifically asked politely for it freshly to be cut and he agreed. Then I asked again please of the shish and he replied it's fresh as in what was in the tray and his father scooped up chicken and showed me its freshly cut but I truly don't care how freshly its cut as I know it wasn't because hr before I walked past and they where cooking. Even if it sat there for 5 minutes or more there's flies and bacteria especially in this heat. Then I hear bickering and I'm thinking what happened to these once nice people. Id seen he was wrapping it up and I asked did you cook it or was it reheated and he stated no it's cooked but it was sadly reheated. If you don't want to be there then sell your business and follow your dreams but don't be disrespectful to someone who clearly was respectful to you, someone who even gave you a chance to say no we don't and will not cut fresh meat for you and honestly I would of said not a problem have a lovely day and moved on. Now they will never get me back and I've left with a bad taste on my tongue. Wait and see his reply and see if it's a owner replying to a customer or someone who...
Read moreWhen I went to this kebab shop on the 6th of June 2021 I enjoy the taste of the $15 chicken kebab combo very much as I was hungry for lunch. It taste so delicious. But when they ask me do I want cheese in my kebab I said yes. But I did not say I want extra cheese as it cost $1 extra. As I just order a kebab without extra cheese which shouldn't cost anything. The kebab has cheese already but it should not be cost $1 extra without extra cheese. But they are happy for me to pay without paying a $1 extra but they said next time I will know and I understand that. But it doesn't makes sense how they set the price with the cheese already in kebab. Customers please be aware what you are ordering. I whish I can rate this a 5 but it will have to be a 4 as the pricing is letting me and or other people down...
