On the 13/02/2025 I went around to grab my partner a meal just as he just finished a 15 hours shift and to my surprise at 9.20pm they had no food at all to serve customers, they had only popcorn bucket with a few nuggets. At this early they are already closing down and on their opening hours time schedule they don't close till 10pm. I am a very unhappy customer and i felt sorry for my partner because that's all he wanted. After i was told they had only Popcorn and nuggets, i then asked to speak to the Manger, 3 cars were infront of me already and i was now upset holding my peace until i speak to the Manger on duty and from his response, follow along the cars in front but please note that we still don't have food to give you. He refuse to talk to me on speaker, refuse to serve me and he wanted me to wait in line for my turn to talk to them when all the other cars infront had their meals serve. Well.. KFC i have notice to many of these and i wouldn't be surprise if you get more of these cause your service is no good and stop putting up closing time and is not right. make you sure you train your staff and Manger because they lie too much and serve such unfair portion, close restaurant early and wasting my time and gas to travel that far for myself and partner to me turned down when is still very early. Very bad and not great so, please take our money and give us what we deserve and don't treat your customer like they are nothing. I will never go back to Eastern creek and also the MInchinbury brunch they are as worst as this site. VERY BAD

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your ur store today During my recent visit to the drive-thru, I ordered a meal and requested some sauces after my order when I came to collect my order from second window one of the female manager was exceptionally rude and unprofessional when I asked for additional sauce usually some places like hungry jacks sauce are free but manger said tell them next time they have to pay and I did paid.
Instead of addressing my request politely, the manager responded in a dismissive and condescending manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I was simply making a standard request, and the behavior I encountered was completely uncalled for.
As a long-time customer of KFC, I expect a high level of customer service, especially from those in managerial positions. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the overall atmosphere at this location.
I hope you will address this issue to ensure that future customers do not have to face similar rude behavior. I look forward to hearing how you plan to resolve this situation.

Staff dont care how long you wait for a order , laugh at customers and think the longer you wait =The funnier it is!!! Poor kids left at the counter that look like they have just begun working there and a manager that is so rude and never wants too see the customers when asked. I first hand saw a lady wait for over a hour for her order, didnt matter how many times she asked for her order ,or asked for the the manager-which refused too come out when asked, then came and said he was getting abused???
