Horrible experience. Arrived on a bus from the central coast with 30-40 others who were all keen on a fun day out at the races. Many of us spent hundreds of dollars to adhere to the dress requirement also spent $55 on transport. Followed the policy of pre purchasing tickets weeks prior to the event. Arrived at the venue got off the bus and were greeted unfriendly with 5 security guards (group E). Decide they needed to do an RSA check on the bus. Was then told the whole group was denied entry based on the fact we were intoxicated. There were multiple people who had not had on sip of any alcohol and were still denied entry based on empty bottles on the bus. Many of us tried to reason with them but instead of being helpful decided to fuel the fire but being immature and completely unprofessional. Many of us gave up on the idea of entry rather tried to find out some information about how we called receive a refund once again the security guards decided to respond aggressively and immaturely rather then providing a solution. It was clear they had no knowledge about their own workplace as not one security guard provided a direct answer on how to receive a refund. As they began to be aggressive they forcefully grab and pushed multiple of us 19-20 year olds, (one girl had marks on her arm) as they were frustrated that we were asking about how to receive a refund. There was absolutely no need to assault us as we were clearly going to move on once they provided a solution however we were all completely dismissed. After this contacted the company through phone, email multiple times and received absolutely no response or solution. Scammed 30-40 people into paying $35 dollars each and they ended up pocketing $1050-1400. Also was told that the assaults that took place were inclusive even after reviewing cctv footage which they also claim cannot provide to the public. AKA are trying to save their arses. Absolutely appalled by the whole experience definitely not worth it. Would not recommend unless you're looking to be assaulted and treated like less then. Below is photo of the security guards who assaulted us.

Rose Hill Racecourse is an exemplary venue that horse racing enthusiasts should not miss. The venue offers a diverse range of facilities that cater to different preferences, making it an ideal destination for all types of guests. Whether you enjoy placing bets, dining in a restaurant with an excellent view of the track, spending quality time with family and friends, or hosting a lively bucks or hens day, Rose Hill Racecourse has something for everyone. As an avid fan of the racing, I have acquired an ATC membership, and I cannot recommend it enough. The customer service and amenities offered are outstanding, ensuring that each visit is unforgettable. Regardless of whether you are a passionate follower of horse racing or just seeking a fun day out, Rose Hill Racecourse is a must-visit destination.

We attended the camping, caravan and 4X4 event and we had a pleasurable day. Staff were welcoming and ingratiating with directions/maps and knowledgeable with all the services available on the day. The only frustrating part of this day, is when we attempted to enter the Rosehill Gardens racecourse, the traffic lights🚦were inoperative and caused havoc for all the attendees and this was frustrating as we all had to travel to further 20minutes around the block and held up in traffic again just to get in, the car park was inadequate of spaces. There were multitudinous of Camper-vans, diverse accessories for 4x4, trailers and camping 🏕 items for sale. Found numerous shops with affordable prices for camping equipments and the food was reasonable.

Over the years have organised Hens parties, milestone Birthday parties just for the girls in our family and friends ( sisters, mums, cousins etc) and never had any issues. But this time it was very different. Firstly the staff who you contact to making a booking were uninviting, not enthusiastic and made you feel that you were annoying them. We always book the Ascot restaurant and did a month ahead for our celebration which was yesterday. 1 week before informed that not enough bookings, so "upgraded to Members Winning Post Restaurant ". Well that is when all the problems started, we were treated like lower class citizens but the real so called upper class members. No communication had taken place between what we were to promised by the upgrade. One staff member in particular was rude and mouthed off at my family and me (apparently she had a sore leg and normally works down stairs)I had complained and the Manager seeing how upset was very understanding and did her best and the other staff to make it a better day, which they did, shame it had to come to that though. Food was fantastic but service on food was really bad, we had two tables together but our meals on one table were over with, then the members tables were served but our other table only a few patrons were given their food we had to ask again and again what was the delay. We had a good time in the end but if ever, ever we book there again and are upgraded from the Ascot Restaurant to the Members restaurant I will cancel the booking straight away and get a refund, would rather go somewhere nicer and be respected then go to the Members area. Prices are expensive $99.00 per person in the Ascot and no drink package included in the price either is coffee or tea, but were willing to it. I kept getting told it was to the $3 million upgrade. Well money obviously means more to Rosehill catering then good old...

I had my sisters university graduation at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse yesterday. My mum and I encountered a very rude staff member as we were trying to order some food at the cafe they had next to the area where the graduates were given their cloak and hats. My mum and I ordered food for our whole family and we apologised for the inconvenience but the staff member that was ringing up our food was so rude and unprofessional. She got annoyed at us for purchasing a lot of food and was even more annoyed when SHE forgot to charge us for product that we ordered. She even commented after I asked my mum a question, which I wasn’t talking to the staff member at all. I had asked my mum ‘how are we going to carry all of this?’ And the staff member commented ‘WITH LOTS OF HANDS!’ And then she proceeded to call for the next customer AND TAKE their order when we haven’t even collected our food yet off the counter. She got annoyed at us so much that she moved the eftpos machine closer to the next customer so they could pay.

This was a very bad experience that my mum and I encountered. The staff member needs to learn some manners and patience as my mum and I were very nice and lovely to her even though she treated us badly. The staff member had short hair and I believe she was wearing glasses and she was just ringing up orders for the customers on the register. This incident happened after 1pm. I also believe that that cafe should invest in some strays especially for customers with big orders as it would be convenient for...
