POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RACIST!!!
Wow where do i even start? I feel absolutely disgusted by these KFC workers. I was waiting for my order, it was taking long, so i went up and politely asked, "Where is my order ?". The cashier girl rudely said, "I have called your number already, did you not hear?" From that i was already taken back. Anyways fast forward, she reaches out to grab my food but from the bottom of the table? I don't know where it was from because when i looked inside and checked my chips, it was so old and soggy. I asked her nicely if i could get new chips as this is very old, then she had the audacity to just stare at me and let out a big sigh while giving me a dirty. I was so baffled at this point because i have never experienced this sort of rude behaviour and other kfcs (at different locations) the staff are usually pretty nice. Anyways, she then proceeds to go to her colleague and started talking about me and they were laughing at me. I was so shocked about this disgusting behaviour so i asked her for her name but she didn’t give me her name and kept shaking her head. Another girl worker who was working in the drive thru section (because she was wearing the mic headset) came over and started being so rude to me “Why are you asking for her name?” I said because she was rude and you are too. She said “Why are you complaining when you were the one who was late?” Excuse me what are you talking about? This girl was so disgusting. I told her since I received the chips I am fine with that but I am not okay with this disgusting service. I told her “I am never coming here again!” She then decides to respond back saying “Okay, don’t come back!”. I was beyond shocked what I was hearing. I felt as if they were being racist towards me because they are both white and I’m Asian. Absolutely horrendous.
Whoever the owner is for this KFC must be blind because you have such rude and disgusting staff who works there. Also the food tastes bad too. I recommend you should re evaluate your staff and please check the CCTV today around 6 pm. Both of those girls need to get fired. Absolutely...

I recently visited KFC Rosehill with my kids, eagerly anticipating some delicious hot and crispy chicken. I ordered the six-pieces pack, which included two drumettes and four wingettes. However, our experience quickly turned sour when my five-year-old son discovered a wingette that was full of hair.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, I was taken aback by the unprofessional demeanor of one of the employees. Instead of addressing my concern, she dismissively stated that there was "nothing wrong with it" and that it was "edible." Her attitude was disrespectful, making the situation even more frustrating. Despite the unpleasant food experience, my kids couldn’t finish their meal due to the unsettling discovery.
The employee even suggested that if I was unhappy, I could just leave. This response is incredibly disappointing from such a well-known brand like KFC. I expected better customer service and quality control, especially when it comes to food safety.
Overall, my visit to KFC was far from satisfactory, and I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I truly hope that KFC takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that food served to families, especially those with young children, meets...

The lady taking my order was rude, ignored me, and just did not have any level of customer service whatsoever. She began taking my order then without warning there was radio silence for 5 minutes. Only after I repeatedly started saying hello did she respond to me. On top of this, she told me that the piece of chicken I requested was not available. She didn’t give me options, she didn’t offer a solution or my money back or tell me that I needed to wait until they cook up a new batch. This was around 8:30 with the store scheduled to close at 10 so there was no excuse to say it was at the end of the day for them. At the end I didn’t even get an extra piece of chicken yet I have been charged full price. I’ve tried calling the store so many times to either get my money back or at least a coupon for a new order and no one picks up. Completely appalling and technically have been illegally charged for a food I didn’t even receive....
