Worst place for boba. Customer service can not get any worse, a Chinese lady mid 30s average height with glasses working Sunday 10/5/20 @ 10:20pm with little English, she was in the middle of making another order when she looks at me and says yes? So i go ahead and make my order specifically asking to add pearls, after waiting 10mins I get my order with no pearls, she has the nerve to say I didn’t ask for it when I had slim to none of her attention when ordering. When I received my drinks with pearls, the film was half put on hence why she added a lid cover on top to cover her dodgy work. By the time I get home I had a big spill in my car due to lack of quality service from sharetea. Worst quality of product and worst customer service...

I recently ordered 3 drinks and the experience left me extremely disappointed. I specifically detailed my order for 1 Oolong Milk Tea with Black and White Pearls, 1 Black Tea Milk Tea with Black and White Pearls and Peach Black Tea with Herbal Jelly and Pudding. Unfortunately, 2 OUT OF 3 DRINKS WERE INCORRECT. There were NO WHITE PEARLS in either the Oolong or Blacktea milkteas, despite being clearly labeled on the cups (check my images). The cups were both labeled as "Milk Tea," making it impossible to distinguish between the Black milktea and Oolong milktea.
