Walked past this place a few times. Only frequent Cabramatta every now and then coming from Wollongong.

Seeing the spot peaked my curiosity and I wanted to check it out.

Food Taste was amazing for anyone with a sweet tooth. However I was let down by minor things which has led me to the 3 star.

We ordered the #1 recommended. Souffle The pancake combined with cream, soft serve and boba. As per my photo you can see that the soft serve and cream had melted fast.

This was less than minutes after receiving the order. Seeing this I was let down by presentation and challenge of eating it.

Even though it's desert and potential to get your hands sticky the serving was packed too full. So when I took a spoonful the cream would drip out of my tray. Much more challenging and frustrating when you also have kids with you.

Service Service was fine but the wait seems longer than I was hoping. Seeing a shop usually populated I guess that comes as a factor so perhaps a notice of potential to customers would be nice. That way customers have an idea how long they may have to wait for.

Atmosphere The logo and shop setup at the front looks nice and appealing. The open window to let customers see inside what's happening gives you an idea and how it feels to be on the other side.

Potential Just my opinion but if there was 1 attendant to outside to take orders, interact with customers during the peak time I think that would be awesome. Especially for people who would come out to just just try the product. It would elevate the whole experience from the food, service and atmosphere.

Hope this shops stays open for longer and doesn't fade...

Biggest waste of time, the only reason they have so much hype is socials like TikTok (yes, that’s why I tried it!). I have been searching for great Japanese soufflé pancakes and so FINALLY, a reputable name!

I ordered a mixture of things to try so it wasn’t just the soufflé pancakes that were disappointing.

I cannot have dairy (my partner can), I tried the soufflé pancakes alone and with boba pearls. They needed that sweetness to complete the mouth full. The pancakes NEED all the extra sweets and sugary goodness . Plain is boring - slight prominent egg flavour especially around the tacky edges.

Crème brûlée “number 1” (soufflé pancakes, boba pearls, soft serve, cream) - nothing I’d go back for or recommend. They didn’t give us ice cream on takeaway order. Went there yesterday night, The shop closing time is given 10:00pm. Drove 1 hr to reach there at 9:40pm and was waiting in the line. As soon as our time came they said they are not taking any orders. Just before us they served one customer at 9:39pm. When i said i want to order, they said they are close and asked us to select from what is already made. And didnt want to serve us. I even explain that we can from very far. And want to try but didnt consider. Worst service ever. Please update the time here. We follow google and go to restuarent.
