When my son suggested we should try some Vietnamese food for lunch we decided to go to the best place we could think of for such cuisine- Cabramatta. The large number of locals that filled the place around lunch time suggested that this was indeed a popular place among the locals- usually a good sign. The owner was very helpful when it came to choosing the items off the extensive menu. He even advised us to reduce the number of dishes as he felt it would be too much. He was right. A well known Vietnamese restaurant has been opened as far back as early 1990s. It’d featured on tv & in print media many times including SMH & Weekend tv show. It’s got good reviews.
Typical family size restaurant which configure to sit no more than 40 people at a time.
There are many choices of Vietnamese foods to choose from a long list of menu. My favourites are pho tai and bun hoi chow tom amongst several others.
Presentation wise, foods look great, clean and fresh. They taste delicious as they look. Dishes look generous.
Today we ordered those two as per photos to eat in plus pho tai for takeaway and a can of coke. Complimentary hot tea and drink served within minutes and ordered foods followed less than 10 minutes. Total price...

While some other places in Cabramatta or Bankstown may serve better pho or pork chop with broken rice or sugar-cane prawn cake or cha-gio spring-rolls, this restaurant has all of them with decent high quality, so if you want to have diverse varieties of Vietnamese dishes with best taste and value for money, then you can visit this place. I especially l love their bun dac-biet aka vermicelli noodle salad with mix protein e.g. lemongrass beef, cha-gio rolls, sugar cane prawns, etc. However, their pho noodle soup is quite good also though probably not the best in the area. Prices are competitive just like other places in Cabramatta, while services and ambience are reasonable for a...
