We mostly go there to go to the toilet before going for our hike. Prefer to go to this toilet as it gets cleaned most days and first thing in the morning before a walk on a weekend it is usually toilet seat wee free. Also doesnt smell of urine like most public toilets do. Not necessarily the main attraction of the park though. It gets used quite a bit for big function and being right beside the Parramatta River has its own attractiveness. The playground was recently upgraded. Downsides are there is only 2 bbq plates in the one location for something like 4or 5 sheltered tables in its area and it is right beside the Silverwater Bridge which gets Silverwater Rd traffic across the river. Read moreThis park is well maintained with plenty of parking. It has large open spaces, to kick a ball or run some laps. The grounds are quite even, a concrete pavement around the park makes it a good spot to walk with a pram or wheelchair. But there are quite a few seasonal bindi's, so not the best spot for babies crawling around. The park features a gazebo and small playground with swings and a slide.
