Terrible customer service. We bought a king sized bed, two side tables and a mirror in mid-October. One of the side tables and the mirror were damaged when the delivery arrived, so the delivery men said they'd organise replacements be sent out to us.
A few weeks later and a call to the shop to see what the hold up on the replacements is, and find out nothing has been organised! We arrange for the replacements to be delivered early November, mid-November arrives, and again, nothing has been delivered. Radio silence from sleeping giant.
When we call customer service, and they tell us they have not received a response to their email asking for address confirmation (why would we change the address after the first delievry anyway?), I ask what email they are sending to, and it isn't our email address. Why couldn't customer service ring our mobile number, which they also have, when they realise the email they send is bouncing and hasn't been to replied to after a number of weeks? No commitment at all to the customer once money has changed hands.
After two more calls to customer service we finally arrange for replacements to be delivered today (mid-December) and even now, the delivery is an hour late, and missing the replacement mirror.
Just an absolute horror to deal with. Yes they have some nice furniture pieces, but so does every other furniture store. Don't waste your time like I have, go...

My experience with buying a Gabriel Bed king was extremely disappointing. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I purchased a king bed for $700, and after just 15 months of use, the footboard broke at various angles. When I contacted them, they initially promised to send a new bed, acknowledging that this level of damage was not normal. However, when the replacement arrived (not a new bed, just another footboard which wasn’t new as well), it was for a queen bed, not a king, and they charged me an additional $80 for delivery. Furthermore, it was not even a new footboard. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, they failed to provide a satisfactory solution. Eventually, they simply said they couldn't send a footboard for a king bed, without offering any explanation. It's completely ridiculous that the footboard of a bed, which doesn't bear much pressure since it's not the bottom of the bed, would break after just 15 months of use. The lack of support and explanation from Sleeping Giant, is unacceptable. I strongly advise against buying a bed from this...

I purchased the Clemence Gaslift Storage Bed & Drawer mid-last year, and within just one year, the gaslift broke. This made lifting the mattress a painful task—so much for the supposed "convenience" of this product.
The worst part? Their customer service is a complete disaster:
I called the first time, and the phone assistant promised someone would call me back. Spoiler alert: no one ever did. This delay conveniently pushed my claim beyond the 1-year warranty period. On my second call, the assistant was clueless, fumbling to direct me to visit the physical store at Moore Park or call their line After much insistence on my part, she finally agreed to file an online warranty report—only after struggling for 5 minutes to figure out how. Then I was stuck in a back-and-forth email nightmare for over a month, as the team passed the responsibility around like a hot potato. One manager briefly chimed in, claimed they'd resolve the issue, and then promptly vanished without a trace.
This company is a joke. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money—take your business elsewhere. If this is how they handle customer issues, it’s no wonder their products are...
