We had a great experience dealing with Sydney Heaters. Kegan and Renee assisted us with sourcing a less common wood stove in a specific enamel finished colour. They also fast tracked a colour sample up from Melbourne for us to inspect. They kept us up to date with their online messaging system after we accepted the quote and paid the deposit.

Disgusting customer service! Was charged $40 freight for them to use Fastway couriers to deliver a small item across town (Sydney metro) on a Blue Label which costs approximately $13. When questioned about this cost - tried to justify it as an additional "administration fee". Gouging customers on freight. Complete refusal to admit this when questioned.
