Infusions Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Majority of the staff are lovely. However, one male employees who I assume is a barista thought it was appropriate to approach my mother who is hard of hearing and yell “why did you take those coffees, those are for the doctors. You should wait until we call you.” Then proceeded to say “well now we have to throw them out”, snatched the coffees off of us and dumped them in a bin making a massive scene and embarrassing my family for simply picking up the incorrect coffees (that looked identical to our order). There was no need to be arrogant and condescending. Your cafe is located in a hospital, maybe consider hiring staff who can practice empathy and be compassionate human beings or maybe create a better system for collecting coffees during...

Came here the food was bland and expensive I wouldn’t of cared about the price if the food was decent, I got a pasta which was horrible and bland and had no flavour, the lady at the cafe wasn’t conversational she ignored what my mother said and kept packing random foods when we never asked for it, I also brought a yogurt and it tasted off and was absolutely horrible, however the hot chocolate wasn’t great either but better then the other foods my mum and I had.. I was very disappointed by the food temperature as well it was so cold and we just walked back to the table so not sure why the heat lamps aren’t working.

Tables were filthy and staff were just ignorant and talking to each other and on there phones… probably why the tables...

I ordered the “beef” nachos. Unfortunately not a single piece of beef in sight. Just a tomato based sauce, some beans & some sort of green paste out of a tube (guacamole). As a qualified nutritionist I can say without a doubt that not one item on the menu has any form of decent nutritional value. That’s a shame. It is a private hospital, patients & their family members should have access to better food on site. My uncle had come out of surgery & had a quiche that was frozen & heated up.
