Bicentennial Park — Attraction in Tamworth

Bicentennial Park is situated in the heart of Tamworth. It consists of a large playground with suitable equipment for all ages. You’ll find some pretty awesome slides which us adults even enjoyed. This is an ideal park for all ages. Great for walking your dog, riding your bike or walking for exercise. The ponds give a lovely feel to the area and the resident ducks are used to people so don't take to the water when someone walks past. There is a wonderful adventure playground for children from toddlers to teens and the licensed cafe is open for breakfast, brunch and lunch. This park is really cool, I come and sit for lunch with my daughter by the duck pond often when I come to town, awesome slides and swings that will keep the kids and some of the cheeky adults amused for hours, plenty of shady spots benches and tables and some interesting things to see! Nice cafe too, I'd give it 5 stars if not for the fact at night it can be a little dangerous, and could use the bins emptied a little more...
