As one of the owner/operators of Ambler Touring, I love taking our guests into this very special gallery that houses the magnificent Hill and Son Grand Organ that was originally built and housed in the Adelaide Town Hall. It is a magnificent instrument and a wonderful group of volunteers showcase its beauty and sound each Wednesday between 11.30am & 12.15pm. It is open to view during normal gallery open hours (you just won't get to hear it!) The gallery hosts some beautiful exhibitions but also has some extraordinary works on permanent display. Donations are always welcome for the upkeep and maintenance of the organ, so if you are in the area, please do call in to see it because it is well worth it.

This is without doubt a very special exhibit. Wednesdays at 11:30. Talk and tour of the Hill & Sons 1877 pipe organ. I am not musical, but I love history. Hear the 1875 Grand Organ being played View the inner workings Learn how a community of devoted volunteers restored this jewel of an instrument. When: Every Wednesday @ 11.30am-12:30pm Cost: $5 donation to the on-going maintenance of the Organ A unique and worthwhile experience!

A must see in Barossa Valley! Make sure to join the tour on Wed to understand the history and the mechanism of the pipe organ and enjoy the beautiful performance. Thanks to Steve who is so knowledgeable and passionate about it. Definitely my key highlight in Barossa Valley!

We attended a Wednesday Organ Session and were absolutely blown away with Steve and his presentation! The organ is magnificent and to find out there are over 20 different sorts of Pipe Organs in the Barossa … even tho we live at Goolwa (2 hours away) we will endeavour to see them all. There was another chap who played the organ as well, and he was also a wealth of knowledge, not only about the organ, but about the Barossa region. The art exhibition in the gallery was amazing too! We also enjoyed the little gift shop ….. we will be back! Well done to...

Amazing regional art gallery, that hosts first class exhibitions of local artists. The two openings I have been to Petrichor and Chasing the Red Horizon have been unbelievable quality and I've seen art in Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. I should mention that these openings are well attended because not only is the art fantastic but the quality of wine is simply delicious. Chasing the Red Horizon was blessed to have Tscharke wines as their sponsor and the tourag nacional was great as was the savignin two varietals you don't get...
