The room was very clean, big and modern and the contactless entry worked well. The location is good and the internet is very good. However, there is no secure or dedicated parking, the "free parking" was on the street. Our room had very little natural light, making it a bit dingy with no view of any kind and not very appealing for spending much time in. For an "apartment" I would have expected a bigger area and more than just a small shelf with a microwave and a sandwich toaster for preparing food. There's no sink, any washing up would have to be in the small basin in the bathroom. I wouldn't call it a kitchenette. It's alright for one night, but I wouldn't recommend spending more than that here

Forget about these apartments they aren't. Kitchen is a cupboard with a small microwave but then where do you eat and then there is no washing up excepting in the small bathroom. Luxury 11 watt lamp in room miles from any plug. Childrens chairs in the luxury room. No view. Luxury they said. The Web pictures don't tell the story. Then you have to park in the street. Luxury? Since when was a keyless checkin luxury? LOTS of marketing speak here.

Buyer Beware here,|| firstly the good:||Cleaning and cleanliness first class|Nice ammenities in the bathroom|Bedding and furnishing above average.||The bad:|There’s no on site parking it’s on the street out the front or in the council car park adjacent to the complex.|There is no on site person before you arrive you are sent a code to the front door and another for your room, don’t lose this code. This is terribly confusing for some people, someone knocked on our door thought it was there room and then struggled with all of the access codes.|To calls these apartments is misleading they are small rooms with a kettle, microwave and sandwich press ( no toaster) there is no laundry in your room. Apartments are considered more self contained with more facilities this is just a room with bathroom. Our room had larger windows beware we saw another guests room with a small slit of a window at the top of the wall.|It is also misleading to name it “Bay of Fires Apartments” this is 20 km up the road.|Given no person on site difficulties accessing your room as numerous other guests mentioned to us I would give this place a miss there are better...

Beautiful spot to stay! Great value for $150 a night!! A very luxurious feel to the rooms. The decor, colour scheme and lighting choices were exquisite - this includes in the room, bathroom and hallways. Someone has paid great attention to detail and aesthetics. Large Smart TV so we could watch Netflix and YouTube.

The bed was very comfortable and memory foam pillows were a bonus - never had a memory foam pillow in accommodation before! Pristinely clean space and presentation. Felt comfortable staying here.

The instructions on our stay were sent on text message prior to our arrival which made easy to find our way. Ample parking. Prime location - walking distance close to shops, cafes and visitor centre. Contactless check in was awesome, I loved it! The location is secure for coded entry only and it felt safe. Very modern and convenient rather than worrying about keys and such.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! 😊 hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed...
