Very Beautiful and breathtaking place to visit, the idea is to park your means of transportation in town, and start walking up the hill, if you are unable to walk, the drive up the hill to the point is breathtaking. However the walk along the pathway with its bird life is spectacular, you reach the point and take a seat and look straight out to sea, even though it's all very safe you have a sense of your on the edge.

After the walk or drive, the tummy gets a little hungry, well we found a Thai Restaurant in Woolgoolga that was to die for, the food is out of this would, I'd go back to Woolgoolga just for this food cooked by A, that is her name and managed by her husband Peter.

Here are some pics of the look out and beautiful walk and Peter and A from there Thai...

Just a very short drive (or walk )east of the shops . We like the walk if not pushed for time .Take the beach side track & if your lucky, could spot some wild kangaroos. Views are sensational both north & south . Can get a bit windy sometimes. After your walk , plenty of drinking opportunities in town . We like The Anchor in the back street and the Surf Club should be a top spot when completed, possibly by Christmas 2019 ....

Just a short drive off the freeway is Woopi headland at Woolgoolga. Grab some food in town and head up to the headland and take in the view. Watch the surfers, dolphins and the bird life. Plenty of free parking, walking trails, seating, enjoy whale watching when in season. Spectacular beach vistas to the north and south, outstanding views of solitary Islands. A great spot for a picnic...

Came here cos I heard it was a nice spot to see kangaroos. None there when we went at sunset but a few just down the road from this spot. Lookout itself is really nice and love that there's a nice footpath to walk down and around the cliff. Also some nice seating and parking right at the view.
