The Box Factory Burgers — Restaurant in Woolgoolga

We had a cheeseburger, chips, and a works type burger and this place was fantastic. The burgers were sooo good. They were old fashioned type beef patties, with fresh salad and delicious buns. The chips can be hot and miss at Take away shops and they were so good from here! They were like Fries, cooked perfectly with a crunch and covered in chicken salt. This is the type of place that you dream about & can't wait to come back to if you're not a local & wish was local to you. There were 2 young guys cooking and honestly nearly a week on we are still talking about how good the food was!!

We ordered from the table qr code which said our meals would be delivered . After half an hour they weren't, so we enquired. They had been ready for a while but sitting inside. The girls said she had called our number and said she didn't realise they did table service. The food was not hot and the loaded fries were soggy and had incorrect toppings to what we had ordered. The customer service was poor and almost rude. The young girl didn't know what to say to us, so said nothing and the young man said 'we'll remake it' and walked away without apologising or saying when it would be ready or explaining what was happening. We understand they were busy but it doesn't excuse poor...

This place is dynamite! Burgers are super good.. with loads of choices. I want for the double cheese burger with added maple bacon...it Was tremendous!! We added some mozz sticks which were great value at just 5 bucks and tasted superb. Also had a thick shakes which was good. All in all if you're in Town and need that burger itch scratched...
