Erlebnisbad Schladming — Attraction in Politische Expositur Gröbming

We had a good time — warm pools, one colder outdoor one, and free entry with the Summercard, which was great.

There’s also a sauna area, and we weren’t sure if it was included. We scanned our tickets at the entrance and a green check ✅ showed up, so we thought it was fine and went in.

A lady inside told us the sauna actually isn’t included, but if we left right away, we wouldn’t be charged — so we did. But when we were leaving the whole place later, they said we had to pay for the sauna anyway, because the system showed we were there for over 2 hours.

We tried to explain, but the woman at the counter just kept repeating, “If you were there over 10 minutes, you must pay.” No real interest in what actually happened.

I mean — if it’s not included, why show a green check at the door? Feels like a setup to charge people who don’t know. Not a big deal money-wise, but it kind of ruined the good vibe we...

Well equipped pool with short toboggan, small children warm pool with slide, relaxation pool with wild water (periodically working) and swimming pool with starting/jumping blocks. Outdoor pool with water slide is available depending on the weather. Main disadvantage is swarm of people, mainly during rainy days in combination with not so well background such as only few showers. Think which I hate the most is the quite small dressing and storage room without strictly divided areas for boots and bare/inner shoes. According free parking - you can leave your car at the underground garage just in front of the pool - conference parking. Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing. We came on a rainy weekday afternoon and had to wait no less than 42 minutes in line to get in. The place was very crowded, and to our surprise, the outdoor pools were closed, so everyone was packed into the indoor pool area.

The water was colder than expected for a thermal spa, and we couldn't find any seating, so we had to leave our belongings in a random corner.

The changing rooms were clean, but there was only one toilet stall in the locker area.
