I wish I would have read all the reviews before hand, especially the latest from Michael Čoupek. We literally have experienced the same unpleasantness. Not to mention that we both feel unwell after those uncooked ravioli that we couldn’t finish. The overall joey got immediately disrupted by the waiters attitude, pretty passive aggressive, as soon as we’ve shown up with our tiny dog, we got instantly patronized for not mentioning we were coming with a dog (on the website is written pets allowed)…20€ immediately gone for two small bottles of water (0,33) and Cover charge, basically 20€ just for existing. Other small things happened but I’ve never been mad for human errors, I’m very annoyed to not being satisfied after spending so much, combined with this weird attitude that doesn’t make you feel at ease. The food was not reflecting local selections and homemade quality neither. I’m fine with spending a bit more but not to receive mediocre quality. We had dinner in the restaurant, because it looked very nice and we were staying at the hotel. It was one of the best decisions of the evening. Staff was helpful and kind. They brought blankets to us, because the weather was getting cold. The appetizer, main course and dessert also show that the chef cooks very skillful and excellent quality. We had one of our most delicious dinners here: Cream of apricot (with pumpkin seed oil) was amazing, we never tried the pumpking seed oil to soup Corn chicken breast (apricot, changerelle muchrooms) - it was amazing taste #Johann lamb hip (chick-pea, bell pepper, pea, carrot, mint) - the lamp melted in our mouths #Johann signature ice cream (vanilla pumpkin seed ice cream, balsamic, strawberry, nut cookie) - This dessert was the best ice cream, what we taste. Food was mediocre nothing special . You get a spray bottle to put Lemmon on your schnitzel . The big surprise comes when you get the bill . They ad 6 euro to make the table so for the two of us 12 euro extra to put plates on the table . And the prices are already high for the quality of food you get .
