Ich habe dort eine Skiwasser (Himbeer-Limonade) als Schorle bestellt. Die Kellnerin erklärte mir - nachdem sie mir keine Schorle brachte sondern die pure Limonade - dass dies nicht ginge und verschwand darauf, sodass ich mit meinem Problem alleine war. Zum Glück hatte ich mich zu dem Zeitpunkt schon so geärgert, dass ich die Essensbestellung abbrach, denn meine Kollegen bestellten sich Kaiserschmarrn und was Sie bekamen könnte man eher als "Teig Karamell Batzen in Fett" bezeichnen. Über das Ambiente kann sich jeder selbst Gedanken machen (es gibt ja genug Bilder hier) Zum Punkt Hygiene ist aufzuführen, dass die ganze Decke der Herrentoilette mit Schimmel überzogen ist. Muss sich natürlich nicht auf die Hygiene in der Küche auswirken, aber da dort vermutlich sowieso kein richtiger Koch arbeitet (siehe Essensqualität) gehe ich davon eher nicht aus. Kurzum, geht lieber in ein Lokal, das gut aussieht, teuer ist hier eh alles.
tl;dr: Service grottig, Essen schlecht, Ambiente und Hygiene lassen zu wünschen übrig, der Region entsprechende Preise
English: My "Bauer's Schi-Alm experience" is only explainable with Ski-ers through traffic. Unlike other Restaurants in Saalbach and surroundings they completely renounce things like customer service, ambiance, hygene, good cooking, reasonable prices (but this is typical for the season/region...).
I ordered a "Schiwasser" (which is basically raspberry-lemonade) as spritzer. The waitress brought the drinks - mine was only the lemonade. As I told her about her mistake she responded that this isn't possible - and left me alone with my wrong drink. Fortunately I was so upset about this that I didn't order anything to eat - when I saw the Kaiserschmarrn my colleagues ordered basically consisted of caramel-alike chip-fat-doe (maybe you have a german speaker to translate my original description, don't know if thats exactly it). For the ambience everyone can see the pictures for themselves - I personally can't explain why anyone would want this in their restaurant... For the hygene part I first have to mention the mold in gent's-toilet thats growing all over the ceiling. This does not necessarily mean anything for the kitchens-hygene, but as I don't expect a real chef to be working there (see quality of food) I guess it does. In short better go to a place that looks nice, because everything is expensive here.

We then waited 30 minutes more and asked what happened to our food. 10 minutes later, our food came but not what we ordered.
