Ok...if you want a Marina where you can party with your friends, drink alcohol the whole night, put your speakers as loud as possible and do not get reprimanded by the Dockmaster or the Security personnel (if they exist), THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO STAY IN BIMINI! I will keep this review as simple as possible... 1- Restroom and shower facilities, DIRTY AND FILTHY. 2- Security at night, NON-EXISTENT (just 4 cameras inside an empty office that nobody monitors until the next morning) If you have any problem with your boat or neighbors at night...GOOD LUCK!! 3- Not worth the price at all. They offer a lot of things and I only could use the dock. 4- I am giving just 1 star because the docks are the only nice part of the Marina and they are well maintained.
So, I do not know where all these reviews are coming from, but I can assure they are totally fake or they are from another Marina.
Also, I read a review about the Dockmaster, and I am going to give my 5 cents about him. I stayed 3 nights at the Marina and when I complained to him, I only received a "thanks for letting me know", but no solutions or compensations at all from him. They do not care at all, they charge your credit card when you get there, the girl at the front desk will never give you a straight answer other than "sign the forms" and "give me your credit card", so...if after this, you are still thinking on bringing your boat there...get your fingers crossed and I wish...
Read moreThis island was very dirty. We took a golf cart ride around and lots of garbage laying around and made me laugh cuz there are signs around that says keep bimini clean. If the islanders can't keep it clean why should the tourists. The beach needed to be cleaned as well. Lots of debrey from the affect of the hurricane that went threw but get a tractor with a rack on it and clean it. Water was beautiful and clear. If you are going to be a cruise stop and rely on tourists for your living make the island more presentable for them to want...
Read moreTypical Caribbean tourist trap everything is overpriced unless you can really arrange your stuff outside the cruise ship then you are more likely to find a reasonable price for some of the items. We were able to rent a golf cart for the entire day for $100 per couple and we had a group of five couples. Shopping in a series extremely expensive if you stay in the tourist areas. Get outside the tourist areas or on this island and you'll find some interesting holes...
