good for entertainment and informative things. But the ticket price is high. There are parking area. That's why kids do not feeling bored. But the video show was boring. I was bored and my cousin was bored too. They can make it more spacial and informative. They maintain there time. We need to buy ticket separately to watch different show. The decoration of this place is nice. 5D show was so nice. I'thing 50 tk 5D show was so nice then 100 tk show. We all enjoy 5D show. This was so terrible. The Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre opened to public on 25 September 2004. Before it's name was Bhashani Novo Theatre. It was made autonomous by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre Bill 2010. The space center was commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Communication Technology of the Government of Bangladesh. Built on 5.45 acres of land, its spaces range in size from its about 22 meter dome, seating about 270 people; to 3 meter inflatable and portable domes where people sit on the floor. The planetarium was designed by architect Ali Imam. The Planetarium dome simulates Earth and its cool blue sky. This dome-shaped theater was built with the latest equipment, enabling visitors to soar into space as well as experience the thrills of an interplanetary journey in a three-dimensional environment. The curved ceiling represents the sky and shows moving images of planets and stars through projection onto a large-screen dome at an angle of 120 degrees. This planetarium features three kinds of exhibits. They Journey to Infinity presents a celestial show of stars, planets and other heavenly bodies in virtual reality. The ai amader Bangladesh features Bangabandhu Sheik Mujibur Rahman's 7 March lecture, while The Grand Canyon describes North America's settlement clan, Garikhad, which existed in The Grand Canyon four thousand years ago. Visitors need not look up in the dome to watch the show. Instead, they feel they are watching space live, with everything around them, presented by 150 projectors. The planetarium added a new capsule simulator and smart-step floor and 3D video. In 2013 the planetarium added a Nuclear Industrial Information Centre.

How would it be if all the galaxies, planets and asteroids were brought about in a room, just before one's eyes, where one

could watch their movements in a lively image? It would be an absolutely thrilling experience no doubt, The development of modern science and technology has finally enabled us to experience just that in our own country. Recently, the 'Space Theatre' at the turning point of Bijoy Sorani, Dhaka has undergone . Its completion.

The Ministry of Science, Information and communication Technology in Bangladesh built the theatre under a Development Project. The architectural design was also provided by the ministry.

The Dhaka Bhasani Novo Theatre has aroused a great deal of curiosity amongst the general public. Some have imagined it to be a theatre promoting the cultural arts while it is in fact a theatre built in order to promote astronomy. The planetarium displays the solar systems through a special projector and enables us to gain a wider knowledge of outer space and our galactic well as learn more about stars, their names, movements etc. with the help of scientifically powerful projector inside the planetarium, the astronomical shows are displayed on a large curved domed screen on the celling. This curved ceiling represents the sky and shows moving images of plants and starts through a projection onto a large-screen dome at an angle of 120 degrees. At the time of projection, the planetary system is also for the better understanding of the spectators, interpreted in both Bengali and English.

Bangladesh lags behind in awareness and knowledge of astronomy compared to the rest of the world. This is because our country is not so well equipped with the modern technology as most countries are. Advanced countries in the world have a large number of planetariums to provide their people with this form of Edu-entertainment. Dhaka Bhasani Novo Theatre will now be allowing this same privilege to the general public of Bangladesh .

It is simply a matter of time before the required equipment is fully installed inside the planetarium. Its opening ceremony is to be launched at the end of this year. Many are eagerly awaiting the inauguration of this space theatre. This will greatly contribute towards wider knowledge and stronger awareness of astronomy, a less recognized subject of interest in Bangladesh . This is a most excellent way of encouraging young minds and catering to the Needs of the...
