Hotel Givenci International — Hotel in Dhaka Metropolitan

Well some of the staffs are really polite .. Some are very rude .. Don't know how to behave with a person .. A brown male of average height, medium weight (55-60kg) , who was on the reception on evening , 01.09.22 was really rude , like he owned us , he can do anything .. Really felt awful..

Rooms are of of average quality, Air condition need servicing or changing & bed sheet , pillow covers are old , should be changed , though they felt clean.. Foods are good .. There sky view restaurant is nice place in the evening or night to eat & spend time , though they should buy some stand fans.. And in the restaurant they don't use air conditioning though there is , maybe to save money , as a result it becomes impossible to dine during day time , was almost forced to dine in the room during lunch hour , though they packed the foods beautifully ...

P.S : Owner should talk with their staffs about...

I might give it 1 star but for its location and attitude of stuff I gave another hit. Well, Location is great for its accessibility and plenty of public transport for any part of Dhaka. The stuff will welcome you with smile. Why other 3 stars disappears:||||Room is not good for night stay. Room is not clean at all and if you non smoker it is hard to breath for smoky smell. If you have dust allergy, please stay out of it. Perhaps its been rented for hourly use and boarder make fun here. Intoxicated guests make noise at night and authority don't take action even after complain many times as they are paid for it. Wifi was really slow I had to use my mobile data instead.||||I can't recommend this hotel to anyone because I am not going to book this...

One of the worst hotels considering its high price value. Room service was very poor. They didn't even provide adequate toiletries (1 soap, 1 toothpaste and 2 toothbrush for 3 persons); even no towel was provided!! After asking couple of times they provided 2 threadbare towels for 3 persons after almost 2hrs!! Though the rooms make quite an impression at the first glimpse but soon after you will discover extreme car honks all around. The entire room is covered with poor red stains and with torn carpet. Only khichdi and egg with a cup of tea was offered as complementary breakfast. The dining room was nice but equipped with damaged air conditioning making the hall suffocating. So, think wisely before squandering your hard earned bucks. Happy...
