I asked for a simple strawberry milkshake. The milkshake was made with some type of horrible red syrup, whip cream and no ice cream maybe just some milk. It was horrible. I mentioned to the owner or manager they called momma that I would like to get a smoothie instead because the milkshake did not taste good. She refused to replace the order I paid for with something of the same price even though it was gross. I put the milkshake in the trash. My friends put their drink in the trash because it was not good either. My friends had some type of coffee drink. The momma basically told me that I would have to pay for another drink even though I just paid for a drink that they clearly don’t know how to make. I just refused to argue about not getting a good product. The wait was also too long for simple drinks. I also asked for a small water but she gave me a large size and said they didn’t have any other. Overall just people who do not listen, and do not care that you do not like what you received. They are not willing to fix or make it right for the customer. I will not spend any money here again. Please find another place to get...

Went there just to use the toilet (to not have to pay for the public toilet) and got a americano coffee and burger. Place was just “raided” by a big group and they were still cleaning up the mess that group left, which they did pretty well quick. Burger tho was for the price less good than expected, which wasn’t much to begin with, tho it did the job. In my time in Belize I encountered already a few places that give you their flagship burger without sauce or toasted bread buns … I probably will never understand that. On the plus side, tho they’ve been so busy before, I didn’t have to wait that long. And they seemed...

Ordered stuffed fry jack, vanilla latte, chicken panini, chicken tenders, wings, & fries for a group of 4 ppl. Food was edible but not good quality at all. Overall it was nasty. The prices were sky high. $18 for 6 wings and fries!! Please skip this place because it’s robbery. My vanilla latte taste as if mint was in it!

The food also takes a little while to prepare which wouldn’t be a problem if they would tell you ahead of time. Took 20 mins for wings and we almost missed our shuttle. They will not refund you if your order is not prepared in time. They’ll just shrug their shoulders and say “it’s...

Avoid this place, this is a rip off, I ate a chicken fingers with fries last year (Nov 2022) for 15 Bz$ ; this year, the same plate is at 15 US$ / 30Bz$ ! and this is the smallest plate of fingers I've ever seen, the sauce was way too spicy to be edible. The orange juice, which they claim is fresh, was not tasting good, very acidic & not old. Prices on the menu are in Bz$ and management claim they are editing a new menu with new prices ; this is against the Belize laws ; AVOID, there are other nice places to go nearby to have good food at a decent price.

Scam. Scam. Scam. The menu is listed in Belize dollars (which is what I assumed. But if you ask (I heard several people ask), and they were told yes they take USD and the prices on the menu were in USD). Which is insane as you see the prices listed are already high. $30BZD for chicken fingers!!?? I paid with a credit card (hopefully they don’t steal my info), and they told me as I was signing for the tip that they only take tip in cash. (Again, scammy!!) Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Nice coffee shop to use while waiting on the Water Taxi to San Pedro or Key Caulker. They offer breakfast and lunch options and have a full bar. The staff is friendly and accepts local currency or US Dollars. The coffee is extra hot by US standards. If you're a customer, they let you use the restroom for free instead of paying $1 for the public restrooms next door. If you found this review helpful, please hit the like button.
