It’s not best but it’s quite similar as the other central parks in the city or other South American cities. There’s some historical and classical architectural buildings around here. Esta plaza ubicada al final del boulevard principal de la ciudad ofrece un descanso del ajetreo y el bullicio de la zona comercial de Cochabamba. La Plaza Colón está rodeada de una mezcla de arquitectura moderna y edificios coloniales, por lo que muestra los cambios que se han presentado en una de las ciudades de Bolivia que están en pleno apogeo. Aunque la nueva generación de estudiantes y jóvenes profesionistas ha comenzado a cambiar la ciudad, esta plaza verde ubicada en el centro de la zona comercial se ha mantenido casi sin cambios y ofrece un espacio relajante entre las calles concurridas.

It's pretty plaza with cared for topiary and swept public space. The water feature was not operational possibly due to low water levels and looked to have arial jets. It's a free WiFi zone with no log in required. Lots of people watching and always traffic round a bout...
