My wife and I had the silpanchos here for dinner recently. There were two types on offer: lomo (beef tenderloin) or carne molida (minced beef). We got the lomo versions (30 BOB each) and it was gigantic - perfect after a full-day bus ride to Cochabamba in which we skipped lunch. The beef was tasty, and the dish included a small serving of diced tomatoes and onions, some fried potatoes, as well as a decent amount of rice. Both of us were quite satisfied with the dish (it was the second time we tried a silpancho in Bolivia). The restaurant was quite quiet when we were there (around 7pm on a weekday).

Una nueva sucursal del Restaurante que creo este popular plato llamado Sillpancho, ubicado justo al Museo Santa Teresa. Los ambientes cómodos, en la planta alta hay una terraza con un balcón, acompañado de murales que cuentan un poco la historia de este plato. En cuanto a la comida, la calidad y sabor de la carne golpeada con piedra, buenísimo.

el silpancho la verdad es que estaba riquísimo, el ambiente es ideal, recomiendo ir a la segunda planta ya que estéticamente es muy bonita, han sido muy rápidos al traer la comida y bebida y son muy amables
