DUMBO — Restaurant in Kanata

We actually booked this hotel for 2 nights based on the description and prices on booking.com. After a 12 hour or so bus journey from Santa Cruz we were tired and hot and sweaty and looking forward to relaxing in a room with aircon etc. Within the hour we had checked straight out and found a 4 star hotel across the road.||||Picking a few details from the description on booking.com it says...|||| "Hotel Attridge offers accommodations with a magnificent panoramic view of the city of Cochabamba". This is a fantasy!! It is at most a 3 storey building in the heart of the city surrounded by taller buildings.||||"We speak your language!" That is only true if your language happens to be Spanish. Luckily we do speak Spanish so could communicate our dissatisfaction to the receptionist who did not seem that surprised when we checked out!!||||"Concierge Service" - must have been on a tea break as we had to lug our heavy cases up 2 floors and then back down again without any help.||||"Air conditioning" - they may have had an A/C unit somewhere bit the receptionist confirmed that none of the bedrooms had air conditioning.||||To be fair it is in a good location once you can find it but be aware that the description given on booking.com could well be mutton...

Es sabido, que es un de las empresas, q brindan experiencias en sus ambientes, compañado por las comidas, los alimentos q preparan son ricos, pero ha decaido bastante en la agilidad y respuesta por parte de los supervisores, que por decisiones, arruinan la experiencia de los usuarios, como en mi caso, es tradicional ir a consumir desayuno, pero el dia de hoy, me comunicaron q no hay atencion, pero si estaban tendidas las mesas, y por preferencia del cumplañero siempre festejamos en los ambientes de esta empresa, y a parte, como es conocido ellos tambien recompensan a sus clientes cuando van a consumir en sus ambientes el dia de sus cumpleaños, pero debido a la insistencia y tradicion familiar de consumir su desayuno en cumpleaños, volvi a q prepararan para llevar, y me comunica la encargada q solo en se da para consumo en sala, y mi molestia es q luego de volver se niegen, finalmente considero q si no va a haber atencion a determinadas horas, tengan dias determinados, o vean la forma de no perjudicar de modo muy grocero las experiencias especiales, como en mi caso un cumpleaños. Espero q...

Great 3 star hotel, good service and value for price. Its also has the best location of Cochabamba as you can find great restaurants and even nightlife around and youre five minutes away from anywhere you need to visit in the city.||||Definitely recommended to...
