Exceptional👌🏽

Clean, employees know how to do their job especially giving historical events of Botswana and countries it has significantly rubbed shoulders with.

There's a guys named🤔... he's really good at his job, my husband and I really enjoyed being attended to by him, good job man and keep going strong, mega love🫶🏾

There's no entrance fee. Public transport is well available. Traffic was relatively low, I think it was due to the fact that it was a holiday. Network coverage is quite good. The area is really clean and well looked after. Crime rate I can confidently say it's really low at this area. Wheelchairs ramp✔️ Restrooms ⚠️ I...

This a great monument documenting Botswanas pre-independence history. The main attraction is the 3 large statues of the dikgosi that went to London to meet the queen, however there are also smaller monuments of tribal and regional history. Guides are available at the gate and add on to the experience by interacting with guests and adding stories that you may not have known otherwise. It also serves as a public park where picnics and other small gatherings can be held. It is a small area that can be covered within an hour and makes for great pictures as it is located next to the new high court and i-towers (the tallest building in...

Interesting space and troika of statues commemorating a foundational moment in Botswana's history. The guide at the site is enthusiastic and energetic, and definitely a reason why this was one of the highlights of our weekend in Gaborone. The park is situated in the city's modern business centre, next to some spectacular highrise buildings. Entry was free (for us). The parking was not clear, so we parked at a shopping centre across the street. Google said that the site was 'closed' (on a Saturday)...

The Three Dikgosi Monument is an 18-feet tall bronze statue honouring the three dikgosi (chiefs): Khama III, Sebele I, and Bathoen I, who led Botswana to its boipuso (independence). Only in 1966, what was previously known as Bechuanaland became the Republic Of Botswana after eight decades as a British protectorate. The monument is the most visited attraction in the CentralBusinessDistrict (CBD) of Gaborone. Bonus --- a free attraction!
