I never used the hotel’s facilities, but went to its restaurant for dinner with family two days ago. Despite the perfect location and excellent view atop Gaborone’s bustling city streets in the horizon, the service inside the restaurant was disappointingly unsatisfactory and unacceptable. The waiter who served generally appeared to be untrained, sloppy, and even lacked courtesy e.g.not apologising after bringing wrong order, or at one time serving a cold cappuccino! The service was so bad that we felt compelled not to tip the waiter because of several instances of sloppiness. Read moreRooms are great. We always get the Premium Double/Queen with balcony, has its own living room, walk in shower and separate bath. I love the shower setup here, spacious. Kitchenette with stove top, small fridge and tea/coffee facilities.
They have a complimentary shuttle to the airport, and the only thing they could improve is to have the shuttle available before 6am for early flights, but it generally picks you up at all hours of the night.
The restaurant is great with lunch/dinner and room service. You can eat out at the restaurant which has a nice chill bar and rooftop views, semi formal dress code.

Read moreI stayed there on business for a few nights and I have to say that the rooms were really good. The first one I was in had a few issues but the staff got me another one as soon as they could. The views from both the room and the rooftop bar are absolutely amazing, the sunset is to be seen and Gaborone at night is beautiful ! The food was absolutely fantastic, I wish I had stayed longer to try all the menu.
