Wake Park Varna — Attraction in Varna

It’s such a shame that this lovely café with a nice outdoor atmosphere is spoiled by the behaviour of one of the staff. I’m a regular here, and as far as I know, this isn’t the first unpleasant incident involving this particular woman and the café’s customers. Today’s situation really stood out: a woman was sitting at a table, and two of her friends popped by, probably just to say hello, and sat with her for a quick chat. But the barmaid saw them and immediately caused a scene, shouting at them and saying they couldn’t be there because they had drinks from another place. Later, I found out that these women were regular customers of this café too; they just happened to buy their coffee somewhere else this time. It could have been handled with a lot more tact and politeness.

I don’t know if she’s a hired employee or the owner, but if she’s the owner, she really needs to reconsider her attitude towards people – especially her customers – because quite a few of them are now heading to the bars nearby. If she’s just an employee, I’d strongly advise the owner to address this issue before losing more customers and income.

And if the woman herself happens to read this, I’d like to add that her behaviour is completely out of line. Not only does it hurt the café’s business, but it’s embarrassing for herself and puts this place in the worst possible light. It’s a real pity because this is otherwise a nice spot to enjoy, but all of this leaves such a poor impression. I hope the management takes this...

My girlfriend and I went here yesterday and the staff at the boys at the wake boarding were really cool, but the woman and the guy at the store were horrible! We used 95 leva and i wanted a corona bear, but they did not have it so I bought it next “door” and sat down, then the man came and yelled at me because i did not buy beer from them.. Then I go to them again and try to buy two Stella and again they say they dont have it so I go and buy again from next door, and again they go crazy 😅 I tried to tell them that I have spent almost 100 leva at their store, but she did not listen and walked away as I was speaking.. We stod up and wanted to leave so I tought I can go and buy smokes from them as a “peace offering” and the lady says “We dont sell smokes, you can buy it from next door” 😂😂 Horrible service from the two, but again good service from the boys at the...

До днес беше едно от любимите ни места на трета буна. След днешното грубо и агресивно отношение от страна на служителка няма да го посетим отново. Мъжът ми е взел напитка на сина ми и на мен от съседно заведение и го е оставил на тяхна маса на плажната алея. В присъствието на детето тя със заплашителен и агресивен тон обяснява,че трябва да се махнем от масата . Извинихме се, при което докато обсъждаме какво ще си вземем за консумация, въпросната дама идва отново със репликата:"Аз какво ви казах на вас?". При обяснение, че ще консумираме от заведението, тя с подигравателен тон попита:"Какво ще пиете - сок ли?" В заведението се предлагат напитки, не знам какво се предполага, че трябва да консумираме? Пълно е с хора, които просто консумират кафе на въпросното заведение, има и такива които просто си седят без напитка. Не приключи с това, при опит за поръчка отново бях посрещната от грубо отношение. Дори и да сме в грешка, това отношение беше без коментар, нямаше да реагираме така ако ни беше обяснено с човешки тон и отношение. Също в това "заведение" не е възможно за се заплати са карта.
