CLASIC HOTEL — Hotel in Varna

My wife booked a table at the restaurant for my birthday while on holiday in Varna. As we arrived there was a large table of 10 outside (which seemed odd for the middle end of October) but as we entered the restaurant we found out why.||The restaurant is quite small but there were 2 women sitting in a booth chain-smoking and filling the entire space with smoke. The young waitress seemed unable or unwilling to do anything and hints and requests to the women from us to smoke outside seemed to fall on deaf ears. We found the whole thing unacceptable and left without even ordering.||As Bulgaria is an EU member country I'm fairly certain that it is not legal to smoke inside a public building.||If the hotel or restaurant manager reads this I would be interested to hear their...

Hotel The room was stinky! The people form the restaurant smokes under my windows.... Furniture was from a decade, in any case for such a long time thy was already worn out. Receptionist was ok. Restaurant First I thought it’s a joke, but then realised that it’s a true. Some “chef” walking each 5-10 minutes to see his friends outside... There were two waitresses that yelling one each other the orders while passing our table... Third lady was ok, and we have a chance to reach her every time for a drink or food. Food was real disaster... Tomatoes with salmon and some Philadelphia... I’ll not mention other dishes.... The only positive thing was Evksinograd Rakiya! worst experience ever!Breakfast is not included although you pay for that! The receptionist is hiding from her manager when she wants to smoke and goes at the backyard smoking there but the room windows are just there and all the smoke comes inside!unfortynately we had to be with closed windows all day long! They never brought us towels and then they accused us for stealing them and demanded payment, when we proved that they are wrong they just said "we trust noone" not even a sorry!!!!!!!! I will recommend nobody ever goes there and live this experience it ruins...
