Organized a group of friends and family to go to Amherstburg to visit some of the museums and historical sites with this being one of our planned stops. We all showed up during the hours posted online as well as on the sign posted in the window and the doors were locked and only one vehicle in the lot. Read moreIt’s ridiculously overpriced for what it has to show. Kids under 12 should be free. They don’t have the patience to read information plaques and there are very few artefacts to see. We paid almost 28$ for the family of four, total rip off. I am a huge fan of museums and while I did learn something, overall it was a very disappointing experience because the website makes you think the museum is much more interesting than it actually is.
