This is a good resort as a base station to tour the area. Might be more interesting in skiing season, summer season is better for adventurers, MTB trails and hiking. Being a ski village there have everything on-site; A general store with pretty much everything for your stay from toiletries to a beer/wine store, a gear shop for booking, hiking and ski supplies, T-bar restaurant with pub fare, Alto restaurant with hand stretched pizzas, Fireside cafe that makes a good tea or coffee in the morning, Jackpoint bar only open Thursday to Sunday where you are allowed to bring outside food, The Candy Shop near the pool (included as part of the resort), the equipment repair shop that also sold over cream and a few other places that were closed during the summer ( The Beach restaurant-venue, and the pub beside the general store). This place would be very active during the winter.

This is the highest price I have ever paid for 2 adult ski passes for 2 consecutive skiing days in panorama. 787 CDN.... Yes that is right just for skiing passes. The staff is extremely helpful and dedicated to making you feel great. The food was extremely well prepared at the Chalet .Unfortunately the conditions were not ideal with icy patches all around the hill this is not the resorts fault. We want to support local and panorama business but this is the last time me and my group for 6 couples attending the hill until their pricing department gets it right P.S the gondola going to the parking lot at the end of the day had a 25 minute maintenance issue causing delays for people to leave. The only reason I mention this is because of you want to charge 194 per adult you better make sure you are being your A game

Mountain Coaster a complete logistical failure and has an indifferent management team to go with it. The mountain Coaster has strict requirements on both height and weight for safety reasons. Nothing wrong with that, safety is important. But why do you weigh your guests after they've paid and AFTER they've waited an hour in line to board the chairlift??? When this is brought up to the liftee they've indicated their frustration to this approach and they've asked Management to change things to no avail. When expressing my disastifaction to customer service whike getting the refunds my comments were actively ignored and the customer service rep pretended that I didn't say anything.

I’m not sure what is happening here but everyone seems to be miserable. The staff woman at the general store was so rude and dismissive, if I wasn’t in the middle of nowhere, I would have walked out.

The only place that deserves acknowledgment is ALTO. The staff there are an amazing resource that hopefully this poorly run resort management will see and learn from them regarding customer service.

ADULTS: DO NOT come here. There is NOTHING here for you. If you have kids come here and let your little ones run wild. Seriously? No one gives an EFF about ALL guests.

The hot tubs, springs and pools are poorly maintained, outdated and include, shrieking children hopped up on sugar to scream until god knows when.

However if you are 420 friendly or enjoy LEGAL substances such as cigars, alcohol and the like YOU are NOT WELCOME here!!!

This has been the VERY worst vacation I have ever been on.

Buyer beware there is a reason it is cheap to rent a place here. It is because it score should...
