Great fall line skiing! I have skied here 15 times over 10 years now and must say it is a really good resort. The mountain has a perfectly balanced terrain offering with luxury on slope accomodation. They have made a great effort to put some cool on slope kid oriented features around the lower slopes. I highly recommend it for family vacations. The lifts are fast except for the top chair which is short but after doing a lap into the Taynton Bowl you need three chairs to get back up and it can be cold. Cold skiing...what a shock? Seriously recommend Panorama if on slope ski holiday is what you want. Terrain is tame to extreme...a good balance for all ages and abilities.

Gorgeous location, great Staff, lots to Do!!! Took part in white water rafting and downhill biking and had a blast. Food was good. Favorite resturant was the smoehouse. In the summer there are a few resturants shutdown as it appears to be the slower season. Waterslides were great for the kids and hot pools and hot tubs great for after an adventure. I will be coming back.

Fantastic. Everything you need for families or couples. Resort is nice and we had kitchen and big living room with TV. There is a gril outside as well and we slept like babies there. The pool in the hotel was great as well. Nice walks around and relax. Ski centre close and trail for cross country skiing as well. Everything what we need it. Thank you :)

It's the little things isn't it?! The house was terrific, lots of room, plenty of recreation and outdoor space and large bedrooms. Great location in a fantastic resort. ||But, as noted its often the smallest of things - in this case two things. #1. Coffeemaker - we all love our morning coffee, but the old Mr Coffee took one full hour to brew. We went out and bought a gallon of vinegar to clean it and that helped a little, but not much. There was a spare in the storage but it was older and in worse shape. A little thing made big by #2 - The Management Company (Panorama Vacations). Our hope and expectation was that the management company would be helpful and attentive. Instead they were rude and unprofessional. Hours before check-in we had contacted the company about the Directions and Welcome package that the contract had said we would get 2 weeks in advance, we were told that we would not get the code for the door until check in time, which was fine and we acknowledged that. We had one simple request early in the stay about some TV instructions (turns out we did have the information and it was my mistake) but upon pursuing the coffee maker concern we were told that we were a nuisance, told that they "didn't want to hear anything that we had to say" and then promptly hung up on. I can only speculate as to why, but can also say without any concern of overstatement that we were professional and appropriate in tone with the manager and can see no reason why we would get such a response on what was essentially our only concern and interaction. I can only say that we will never rent through Panorama Vacations again and cannot recommend...

It's very difficult to know where to begin. |For a start very little was open in the resort. It would have been helpful at check in to have information provided as to what was open and when. But then communications and customer service was severely lacking, most notable when power went off during the day on two consecutive days. We were not informed about the first one which apparently was planned, and on the following day power went off shortly after 8am. Despite my complaints and enquiries, the management reaction was no existent.|All in all, with all the closures, the electrical and landscaping work, the resort should not have been open for visitors in my opinion. |As for the unit itself; it was dark, dirty (particularly outside) and very much in need of a refurbishment both inside and outside. The appliances were very old and would have been better housed in a museum. The fridge freezer made constant loud noises throughout our stay. It was undoubtedly the worst timeshare I had stayed in during my nearly 40 years of ownership.|I would have rated the experience as terrible were it not for the scenery and nearby attractions of Radium Hot Springs, Invermere and...
