It's the little things isn't it?! The house was terrific, lots of room, plenty of recreation and outdoor space and large bedrooms. Great location in a fantastic resort. ||But, as noted its often the smallest of things - in this case two things. #1. Coffeemaker - we all love our morning coffee, but the old Mr Coffee took one full hour to brew. We went out and bought a gallon of vinegar to clean it and that helped a little, but not much. There was a spare in the storage but it was older and in worse shape. A little thing made big by #2 - The Management Company (Panorama Vacations). Our hope and expectation was that the management company would be helpful and attentive. Instead they were rude and unprofessional. Hours before check-in we had contacted the company about the Directions and Welcome package that the contract had said we would get 2 weeks in advance, we were told that we would not get the code for the door until check in time, which was fine and we acknowledged that. We had one simple request early in the stay about some TV instructions (turns out we did have the information and it was my mistake) but upon pursuing the coffee maker concern we were told that we were a nuisance, told that they "didn't want to hear anything that we had to say" and then promptly hung up on. I can only speculate as to why, but can also say without any concern of overstatement that we were professional and appropriate in tone with the manager and can see no reason why we would get such a response on what was essentially our only concern and interaction. I can only say that we will never rent through Panorama Vacations again and cannot recommend...

We were not informed about the first one which apparently was planned, and on the following day power went off shortly after 8am. Despite my complaints and enquiries, the management reaction was no existent.|All in all, with all the closures, the electrical and landscaping work, the resort should not have been open for visitors in my opinion. |As for the unit itself; it was dark, dirty (particularly outside) and very much in need of a refurbishment both inside and outside. The appliances were very old and would have been better housed in a museum. The fridge freezer made constant loud noises throughout our stay. It was undoubtedly the worst timeshare I had stayed in during my nearly 40 years of ownership.|I would have rated the experience as terrible were it not for the scenery and nearby attractions of Radium Hot Springs, Invermere and...
