Curbside Dogs-Toronto Food Trucks — Attraction in Brampton

Disgusting and horrible customer service We stopped at curbside Dogs while visiting Screamers in Vaughan, and it was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. It was about 25–30 minutes before closing, and everything else at the event was still open and serving guests.

We stood right in front of the counter for 5–10 minutes while the staff completely ignored us — no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. When they finally looked over, they told us they were closed. Fair enough — except we then watched them continue to serve other people selectively, while turning others (including us) away.

They clearly weren’t closed — they just decided who they felt like serving. That’s disrespectful, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.

We also saw them turn other people away in the same manner, and the whole setup looked dirty and careless. This place is disgusting and shouldn’t be operating at an event as well-run as Screamers. Kerbside Dogs should be ashamed of how they treat...

Tried the burger and fries; and tried the 3x Greek tacos. Both meals were terrible.

Im not sure how to describe how bad it was. Everything seemed tasteless, over cooked, and over priced for the quantity.

Gave two stars: one star for speed of service and one star for convenience.

Would not recommend.

Edit: in response to owner/operator, my wife ordered and received the food while I was using the toilet. Only reason I gave a star was because the food was ready before I was. Wife ate some of the tacos and complained about how disgusting they were; I couldn't even finish my burger and fries. Food was terrible.

Don't try to represent like you know what you're talking about. Instead of posting false responses to people's reviews, use that time and effort to work on your own...

Just wanted to write a review on the amazing experience I had with Curbside Dogs! I used them for my sons first birthday party of about 70 people at an outdoor event space. They were professional, organized and served delicious food! All my guest were amazed at how good everything tasted and how fast they were with preparing individualized meals. They were also extremely kind and were understanding of some of my guests dietary restrictions. I can’t thank them enough for making my party so special! I will DEFINITELY recommend them and will call them again if I have another party! Thank you son much Curbside Dogs...
