We bought the Stokke xplory stroller (over $1000) and asked multiple times if the stroller was covered by warranty as it was a floor model and were told multiple times it definitely would be covered by the 3 year Stokke warranty. The wheels started squeaking and we contacted Stokke to get a replacement (should be covered by warranty) and were told that the stroller was discontinued over 3 years ago and therefor no longer covered by warranty! We called the manager who basically said too bad and it was our problem! Please be careful when buying from them as they are selling discontinued items for full price (we got a small discount as it was a floor model but still over $1000)! We are now filing to take them to small claims court as this is absolutely not fair and so deceptive! Such a horrible store and...

I came here to get a gift for my friends baby’s first birthday. There was so much selection, we were so impressed! We were specifically looking for a toy attached to a blanket, and we found one! They personalized it with her name embroidered in about 20 minutes, which is so fast for a customized piece. We really appreciated that as we had just got back from a trip and were squeezed for time. The person who helped us was super helpful, and he was very kind too. I will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend!
